My name is Kelly Buza, I’m a Broker/REALTOR® in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains.

I’m with Mountain Lake Realty, located in Marion, NC but I can assist you in your home search – or sale, anywhere in the Western North Carolina area.

I was born and raised in the suburbs of Cleveland, Ohio. In 2015 I relocated to WNC for my husbands job and at first I was unhappy. The rural mountains were so different from the hustle and bustle of the city I was used to. I feared I’d never be happy in my new home. That is until I found just the right city to call home. For me that city is Marion. It’s close to Lake James, you have beautiful mountain views, friendly people all around you and it’s smack dab in between two cities, Asheville and Hickory; where you can find nearly anything you can think of!

The mountains of North Carolina have so much to offer, there is a place that is just right for everyone here – and I would love to be part of the process of finding that place for you!

From the very rural and peaceful areas like Burnsville and Spruce Pine, to the unique and happening areas like Asheville, to the sweet middle road that I found in Marion!
